Waited over an hour past my appointment time- no apology. I had a extremely enlarged thyroid gland; was told "you're fine. tell your husband not to worry". It ended up being thyroid cancer. Doc. was also very reluctant to run tests for thyroid function, and I was given misinformation about the process. I was told I would only have to get an ultrasound or biopsy if things looked "really bad", which is completely inaccurate. Moral of the story- Steer clear. Mary Bartley is dismissive and rude.
