Ronald Beauzile's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Beauzile has been my doctor for years. In addition, he was my grandmother's doctor for many years while I helped manage her care, attending all of her doctor's appointments. In my experience, Dr. Beauzile is the kindest, most attentive doctor I have ever had. He truly wants to know his patients in a way that many people probably think only happened decades ago, when health care wasn't as much of a "business" as it is today. Dr. Beauzile has always carefully listened to every concern I have ever seen brought to him, and his responses and care have never been anything short of professional and fastidious.

Dr Ronald Beauzile takes his time to talk to you and explain.He does not rush you and undestand your needs.I highly recommend anyone to Dr Ronald Beauzile I can assure you that you won t be disappointed.

He is incredibly lazy. He doesn't update his knowledge, even though practicing in a region where Lyme is rampant, he would rather tell the patient that it is "imaginary" and if the test doesn't show it, then it doesn't exist. He is a very ignorant doctor, he doesn't listen, can't answer questions, stands in front of the monitor to hide data the patient wants to ask about - he only wants to skate through his day without challenges. Prefers filling boxes on the computer to facing acute symptoms

I was very happy with a recent physical performed by Dr. Beauzile. I found him to be thorough, attentive and eager to help me and make sure that I was heading in a healthy direction. I would highly recommend him. He answered all my questions and provided thoughtful responses to all of them. I didn't feel at all rushed and was very happy with the process. My only complaint was that it took almost 6 months to get in for a physical. Clearly a very busy practitioner.

I find Beauzile spends long time on the computer, slow typing; a physical exam My phsical takes less than 5 min patient time. Never calls back. Prescribes a drug not used alone for my problem since 1999. I waited 20 days once, and after multiple no call back, I went to Rapid Care. I have expensive high end insurance and don't have to deal with him. Agree about will not prescribe what he calls "controlled substance", and it's not. He takes long on computer, cannot type.

After going to the office for a back injury that left me so I could barely walk, Dr. Beauzile sent me home with nothing but a prescription for Ibuprofen. I suggested I should see a physical therapist and he said "oh, yeah that would be a good idea." Every time I go into that office, he doesn't listen to what I have to say and instead talks about my extensive tattoos and how french my name is. I suffer from severe migraines, and when I asked about medications that have helped my family members with the same affliction, he didn't seem to care and prescribed things I have already tried and found no success with. I think he is an awful doctor and I can't wait to find someone else. I only went to him because he took my insurance.

The first time I ever saw this doctor, he walked into the examination room answering 2 different cell phones. Should have switched immediately, but I figured hey, he's a doctor and doctors are busy people. Since then, I have received the worst medical care I've ever experienced. Would definitely NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

Does not listen to you............

Was treated rudely my previous doctor retired after being his patient for 11 years he transfered patients to Ronald Beauzile, I have numerous medical issues, Beauzile did not read my file from previous doctor, No HIPA act papers provided and I was treated like a criminal when I asked for him to fill a perscrepion I had been taking for 24 years for anxity and post traumatic stress disorder, I had been seen buy pshychiatrists and pshycologists for over ten years for this disorder and was told I was fortunate to be functioning as well as I was with the medication, I never had a problem with my prior doctor prescribing xanax he would write the prescreption twice a year for 6 refills each time, further more after 24 years on theses meds the dose is still relativly low at 1 1mg. 4 x per day.I did not ask for all of the past trauma I have suffered in my life to happen to me, the anxiety disorder caused by that trauma has ruined my life and that is with medication, at least with the xanax I would venture out and about in town, I have major anxiety attacks when I am to far from home but without the meds I was house bound affraid to even venture out and get the mail, I am not some drug abuser I do not drink nor use drugs, I am college educated and now I fear I will be house bound again also I am concerened that I will become sick without this medication.I understand Beauzile formerly worked in New York and was educated in Hati so perhaps that set the tone for him to be suspicious of patients and as he put it " Fearfull of being arrested by the DEA " but some people truly do need medication not everyone is a drug abuser looking to scam a doctor and I am certain the DEA can figure that out as well.
