I've been a patient of Dr. Rickert's for quite some time now and so have some of my family members. I can't believe the reviews on this site saying that anyone, particularly Dr. Rickert, is rude and uninterested in the patient. She has always given great care to me and was especially kind and considerate to my elderly mother. She is an excellent diagnostician and is thorough in her medical exams. I literally trust her with my life.

Awful could care less about her patients concerns. Rude , terrible bed side manner. 3 visits all bad last one was the worst doesn’t help and seems bothered by her job and the patient!!!! Will not be back and do not recommend anyone to go to her. Thinks be at she has the degree to be a doctor she can talk to a person however she feels and thinks the patients knows nothing about their own body and what’s happening. Doesn’t ask questions that should be asked. I would not recommend her to anyone just terrible. Also I have never in my life written a review but I had to say something about how awful my experience was!!!

I found Dr. Rickert wonderful. She listened, and never made me feel rushed. She made me feel like I was her only patient at that time. She answered all my questions, and was very thorough. The office manager is one of the nicest people you could ever encounter. Pleasant, helpful and very understanding. Every office that deals with people should have an office manager like Sharon.
