Amazing amazing amazing , I had to work sick all day after my shift ended I drove myself to this urgent care to be checked out they did a fabulous job with getting me in a tested the professionalism was top shelf what a great place to go to if you need treatment and care thank you Bellingham urgent care staff Great job !!!!

I went here on a Saturday morning after a toothache became unbearable. I was seen promptly and treated with care and concen. I even received a follow-up message this morning asking how I was feeling, which is unheard of these days. It was a great experience and I will visit again if the need arises. Clean facilities and efficient staff. The only thing that could be improved on is the ability to speak to an actual person with questions prior to visiting, such as if my insurance would be accepted (which it was). This information could also easily be added to the website. Still, 5 🌟 for the care I received in my time of need.

Always have a great experience here. Usually in and out and not sitting there all day. The staff is nice. The Doctor we usually have is great.

I have been to this facility multiple times for a variety of issues and the stuff is always quick and helpful, never judgmental. It’s clean and efficient. Way better than ER or doctors office.

This place is truly great. It's never too busy and usually not a long wait to get into a room, be seen, have any tests or such and etc. All of my family has been here over the past few years and we've been very pleased w/ the level of care and attention. They are really 5 stars except if you need to follow-up with them after your visit. We had a prescription question and they only have voicemail, and as I type we've already left 2 messages since yesterday and no call back yet. Meanwhile my son cannot start his medication for his strep throat as there was a concern w/ an interaction. I may have to drive the 20min in person just to work thru my question and have them consult w/ the pharmacy again. So if you don't have to follow-up w/ them....5 stars! Else, 4 :)

When I go to the doctor, it’s usually because I’m sick. Well, my kid had just gotten over strep throat and I woke-up with throat pain. To urgent care I went! Upon entering at 8:30 am, the entire waiting room was empty. I entered my info into their kiosk and was called up within 4 minutes to provide copay and insurance information. The woman at the desk was very nice and efficient. After returning to the seating area, within a few minutes I was called back by the nurse to take my vital signs, get a strep swab, and medication history. The nurse was also very nice and kind. After my vitals, I was left alone in the exam room for a very short time before the doctor came in (I think her name was Dr. Jacobs). The doctor was able to get me on antibiotics to address my illness. She sent it over to the CVS across the street. To my surprise, in the time that I crossed the street- the prescription was already received by CVS and ready to be filled. Major kudos to how kind, efficient, and clean the whole process was!
