Danielle Ledoux's Online Review Report Card

Not a pleasant experience with Ledoux. She was 50 minutes late for my son's appt and unapologetic. Dismissive, textbook and rude. Made us wait another 30 minutes for dilation that we were not aware of and rude when questioned. Horrible. Waste of our time and my money. It shows one star, but I never rated her because she doesn't deserve even one star.

Honestly I have been going here for years my daughter is Autistic and my daughter absolutely loves going to see her eye doctor which says a lot for a mother with a child with a disability. The staff is always helpful, professional and honest and that’s why I recommend everyone to go here. Thank you dr ledoux for making a difficult situation surprisingly pleasant

She is amazing. Very thorough. Explains everything and gives reading materials. She was very very patient with my 4 yr old. Out of all the second opinions I went with my child she is the best choice for us. My child no longer cries or has meltdowns. Im am very happy with our pediactric office recommendation to Dr. Ledoux. Her office staff is also amazing.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Ledoux’s for 13 years, since she was 3 years old. Dr. Ledoux never fails to provide the kind of time and attention that makes everyone feel they are her priority. Routine visits, surgeries, emergencies ~ through it all Dr. Ledoux maintains a calm, thoughtful, and caring approach. We’ve followed her as she’s moved from Providence to Boston, and now Beverly. She’s worth it!

My infant son tore his cornea, after being seen at the ER we needed to see an ophthalmologist the next day. The doctor who the hospital referred us to wouldnt get us in for a few days and was quite rude about it and I had to leave three voicemails in the process. Dr. Ledoux front desk was kind and more then accommodating, getting me right in when I explained the situation. Dr. Ledoux was incredible. She was so kind and thorough. I highly recomend this office and will continue to go there.

We went to Dr. Ledoux for a second opinion after seeing our current doctor for about 4 years. She was so pleasant and made my anxious 6 year old feel at ease. She did her evaluation and gave us her recommendations and had us think about 2 different options that could both work for my daughter and didn't just tell us what needed to be done. Her office and office staff werr very pleasant and inviting. The appointment didn't take forever like at our old office. We are going back for our 1st follow up in 2 months and I can't wait to see what results we get with our new treatment.

My daughter has been with Dr. Ledoux since she was a baby. She is now 11 years old. Dr. Ledoux has an amazing heart and treats your child like it was her own. Amazing staff, environment, and followed her.

Dr. Ledoux is a smart, caring and kind physician. My 1 wk old was diagnosed with cyst on her tear duct. Dr. Ledoux's office fit me in same day and then was by our side through the entire treatment including my daughter's surgery at 3 months and follow up. The first week, we literally were at her office every day so she could make sure the baby wasn't getting worse or an infected. She and her staff were partners in a very stressful time. I can't say enough about her and her staff.

I am so excited Dr Ledoux has her own office! It is so much more convenient to go here than it was going into Children's. My children have been going to her for years and they both love her. Dr Ledoux is so welcoming and friendly you feel like part of her family when you see her. My first trip to her new office was such a great experience. The staff is so genuinely nice and it just made the process so much easier. Bringing 2 kids to the eye docter can certainly be a challenge but mine look forward to it. Her specialty is pediatrics but she has also been able to see me. I highly recommend Dr. Ledoux!!

Dr. Ledoux has recently switched from Boston Children's to her own private practice in Beverly! It is so nice to have such a great pediatric Ophthalmologist in the North Shore area. She has always provided me with the very best care!
