Dr. Hoffman is the best hand/wrist doctor. I had surgery with plates and screws with no problems at all. It has only been 4 weeks since my surgery and my hand/wrist is almost back to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman.

I went to see Dr. Hoffman because my previous Dr. was not effective/received no direction. I was very happy to find a new Doctor who cares and listens. Dr. Hoffman took the time to explain options and outcomes and did not rush through it. I appreciated her empathy very much and ability to present things in a way I could understand! I highly recommend!

Terrible doctor patient interaction. No compassion. Mistreated my treatment. I was denied a MRI. I ended up doing to another practice and got one to find out I had a torn ligament in my wrist. She just prolonged my care for my wrist and now we are in a pandemic which makes things even more difficult to get certain treatments done. Stay away from this one!!!!

Worst dr. experience me or my husband has ever had. Sooo unprofessional. Literally stormed around and slammed the door and became aggressive because my husband asked for an area to be numbed. Swas unwilling to answer my husbands questions and gave quick answers and no resources.

Dr. Hoffman is the most unpleasing and unempathetic doctor I have ever visited. I wanted to explain to her how important my hands are to me as I am a dental student and she was quick to dismiss my concerns with an attitude. Her bedside manners are awful and I was lucky to get 2 minutes with her before being handed off to someone else. Do yourself a favor and see anyone else.

Dr Hoffman saw my son for a fractured of the wrist. Once casted it, she didn't schedule any followup x-rays until the cast was removed 6 weeks later. Once removed she said that everything looked fine, when in fact he needs surgical intervention. My son made an appointment to express his concern. When he arrived, they pushed the appointment back a week and then said that was no good as well as Dr. Hoffman would be on vacation. They wouldn't see him for another month. Be wary of this practice!

I use to see this doctor before for my hand. she wouldnt treat me anymore for her reasons. I see someone else and that.doctor does what the patient wants not what she says. she treats patients very badly. Go to mass general trust me people.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE. SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE EXCEPT HER SELF YOUR JUST ANOTHER NUMBER TO HER. SHE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE THAT SHE DOESN'T GIVE THE PATIENT A RIGHT TO CHOSE THERE OPTION TREATMENT YOU NEED TO GO BY WHATEVER SHE SAYS WHICH IN MY PART IS WRONG.
