The Best dermatologist on the North Shore!

Dr Biss is the most compassionate doctor I have met. I had red spots (a lot of them and were raised) on my face. She removed them as much as she could but since they were deep I had to come back. I did today (and I was very excited) except I wrote down the appointment wrong and it was at 1 not 2! She kindly let me jump in and she did her magic. What a huge difference! All I use to see is red makings now I don’t! She also didn’t charge me today because she said it was a follow up! I’ve never met a doctor where they go the extra mile to make sure the patient is happy. In a world where it’s all about the bottom number, it’s so nice to actual experience kindness and luv for for their job. Thanks Dr Biss for giving me confidence again! North shore dermatology! I’ll never go anywhere else again!

Disappointing because she has generally good reviews online. She was not warm or open. I didn't get the doctor who "makes time for patients" or who "listens attentively." She was very abrupt, almost impatient, and acted like I was wasting her time. I waited four months for this appointment, and left feeling hustled.
