Wait times are v long but the staff was nice the only time I ever got in. Twice I have just left from the parking lot because had to wait in the cold over 1.5 hrs.

Very nice staff but not very trained. Patient and listens to you. However, they don’t have good training. They don’t have a working x ray. The EMT poked me for 5 times in both hands but could not find the vein for blood work. Finally, I was told that I need to go somewhere else for bloodwork like quest diagnostics. With that many times of poking, they can’t draw blood anymore because my vein will rupture.

Misdiagnosed Lyme disease as cellulitis which delayed treatment, Then I went back another time for help with severe headaches and was prescribed medication but the office never made sure I could afford the medication, which I couldn't.
