I was interested in booking a blepharoplasty surgical procedure with Dr. Chan for my droopy eyelids. It was a red flag for me that Dr Chan does not have any before or after pictures of her cosmetic work on her website. I found this worrisome, as nearly all cosmetic surgeons provide patient examples of their surgical skills so that patients can assess the quality of a surgeons skills and if their aesthetic goals are a good fit. During my in person consultation, she only showed a few pictures of her work after 2 weeks where the patients still had significant post surgery scarring. What are her patient outcome after 3 months? Dr. Chan didn't provide any examples of patient outcomes after 3 months, let alone a year. I hoped to see how well the scarring from the incisions on her patients healed long term. I didn't end up booking the blepharoplasty because I was unsure about the quality of her cosmetic surgery skills.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chan. She is kind, sincere and an absolute expert in her field. I have received the best care as her patient and cannot say one bad thing about her. I have seen many doctors over the years, and she might be the best one. I will always be grateful to Dr. Chan for how much she’s helped me!

I had an upper bleph and ptosis correction with Dr. Chan. I had a fantastic surgical experience from start to finish and I am happy with the results. She is thorough and thoughtful in her approach. Her staff are also professional and kind.

She is rude and arrogant. She often look down at you. In terms of my eye problem, she did nothing and said that I'm done with you. I met a patient one day who came out of her office looking upset. That patient told me that Chan just referred them to another ophthalmologist after a few visits because she felt paranoid explaining to them about their eye problems "twice."
