Back in 2008 I had spinal surgery. 8 hour surgery to remove a cyst from my spine. Surgeon was great. The nurses were mean and lazy. They left my incision which was8 inches unbandaged and never checked it. I went home with it infected. Yep, mean lazy nurses that were brutal and spoke to me like I was beneath them. I have nothing good to say about that experience. The pain was excruciating and they ordered me to sit up without any relief.

Very dissapointed my mom has the qualification to work there and they didn't hire her because she didnt speak english, it is upsetting to see that because it was for a cleaning position and she is a great worker. Its 2021 and sad to see this happened from Jason Kennedy didn't even give her a chance because she was not an English Speaker !

I could not have had a better surgical experience than I had yesterday at BMC. Every single person, including the Valets, the people that checked me in, the Pre-Op nurses, the anesthesiologists, my surgeon, Dr Henry, his resident and the rest of the surgical team, and finally my post op nurse- were ALL kind, compassionate, highly skilled and just plain nice. It’s scary having to go it alone because of Covid, but it’s the smart thing to do.. and the BMC team, from start to finish, got me through feeling cared for and protected. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Never been here but their employee Abby who responds to these reviews has been harassing and bullying me and a couple friends via her “finsta” on Instagram. Not only did she attack us but she exposed our personal home addresses. This is not a place I would trust with my medical records when they have irresponsible employees running the show.

My Dad, brother and I were able to have a lovely, comforting, visit with Mom today. My Dad got to hold her hand, say some prayers and tell her how much he loves her. I want to thank the staff of Boston Medical Center for allowing us all the time we needed and for the kindness they showed both Mom and Dad.

The hospital has good service, but the call center and customer service is horrible. When you call to make an appointment, it seems that they are already tired of working and poorly serve customers. If you are not happy with the job, look for another one, because we pay the wages to you.Thank you!OC
