Dr Banks is the nicest! Actually listens to my concerns & explains things in a manner that’s easy to understand. Always on time is an added bonus! In my experience everyone from check in, medical assistants, to check out are friendly & professional at the Huntington Ave. location. I’ve been with this practice for over 15 years, I’ve seen quite a few of the doctors at the main campus as well. I can honestly say all of the doctors, assistants, secretary’s even the valets are friendly, helpful & professional. If I could give more stars I would!!

Every 5 star review for Dr. Banks is well deserved. She is by far the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever seen.. and I have seen quite a few! I genuinely look forward to my visits with her and I know that I am in the most capable hands. She has never rushed a visit but also somehow has never left me waiting more than a few minutes, even when I am late. I could name a few practices/physicians who need to take notes from her and her schedulers. If you have any facial paralysis issue, I would 1000% recommend seeing Dr. Caroline Banks.

Dr. Banks is amazing! She had solutions to my facial paralysis issues which I did not even know existed. She is caring and comforting and incredibly easy to talk to you. She spends as much time as I need and I always enjoy our conversations. She is one of the most caring doctors I know and I look forward to my appointments with her.

Dr.Banks professional and kind. She listens your issue, she truly feels your pain and helps to solve it. She does my migraine Botox shots. She is flexible and always meets her patients with big smile even though she wears face mask 😷. She is beautiful inside and outside. I would recommend Dr. Banks who is suffering from migraine with aura, or any facial issues, nose issues or any head to neck issues!!!! She is the best. I am lucky to have Dr. Banks as my doctor. Thanks to her I am migraine free 2 months/until the next shot that allows me be myself, enjoy life.
