Christopher Robinson's Online Review Report Card

Terrible bedside manner. Impatient and rushed. He did not take the time to explain things adequately. He did not give me enough time to ask questions I needed to ask. He did not seem to understand my medical history. When he entered the exam room, the atmosphere became tense, almost hostile-feeling. He snapped at his assistant in front of me and her coworkers. He snapped at me during the exam for not moving my eyes fast enough. When the exam was over, I thought he would write me a prescription for my dry eyes, but instead he rushed me out of the room while barking at his assistant and sprinting away. I left my appointment feeling terrible. Would not recommend him. Would not go back to Dr Robinson if he was the last doctor on earth. It was that bad.

His office is very efficient, friendly and never makes you feel rushed. His assistants are very approachable and thorough as they prepare you to meet with the Dr. Robinson. Dr. Robinson spends as much time as necessary to answer my questions. I have seen him twice and recommended him to many of my friends.

Outstanding eye care. Dr. Robinson, professional, knowledgeable, and kind, communicates needed information throughly. He delivers “bad” medical news with compassion.

Dr Robinson is an excellent physician. He is very thorough, respectful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and explains things well. He is also a very skilled surgeon who operates out of a state of the art surgical center. He performed cataract surgery on both my eyes with an optimal outcome. I highly recommend him.

He saw me when he was on call late at night and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was caring and very helpful.

Dr. Robinson is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He did cataract surgery on both of my eyes. The surgeries went great the first in may and the other in November. He had told me about lenses that correct astigmatism and I had him use them. I am so glad that I did. I highly recommend that if you have cataracts you have it done by dr Robinson.

I went in for a routine eye exam and instead of billing the appointment as such, Dr. Robinson chose to claim that I was in for two medical conditions, and thus, my insurance will not cover the appointment, and I am stuck with a bill for $250. I will never be going back to this office for this reason.

Dr. Robinson performed cataract removal surgery on both of my eyes several months ago. I am 66 years old and had much anxiety about the procedure. Everything went perfectly, and my vision is now High Def! Dr. Robinson and his entire staff were extremely caring and patient (no pun intended) with me (my wife says I'm a bit hyper). Dr. Robinson instilled complete confidence in me that based upon his game plan, everything would be alright. Well, it is better than all right- it is perfect!!

Dr. Robinson is a total professional with a great support team and must be the nicest surgeon I have ever met. I had cataract removal surgery several months ago(both eyes) and all went perfectly. The good doctor handled my anxiety (fear) and answered all q's and clearly explained my situation and his game plan- and helped me to overcome and be positive. I gladly recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone who is lucky enough to require his services.
