I saw Dr. Townsend at his other office for a cosmetic issue. They took my insurance information to inquire if a medical procedure could be done and if my insurance could be used. A week later I received a bill on my medical insurance for an opt homology visit and was billed for a service I didn't receive. I have called the office several times, as has my insurance. 2 months later, the charge is still on my account and there has been no resolution.

Dr.Townsend is very professional. Great service and has a good sense of humor. Would defiantly recommend him for facial rejuvenation Botox and fillers.

worst doctor that I have ever encountered in this country in the last 30 years. He damaged my left eyelids and eye sight.

Iwent to Dr. Townsend few years ago, can't say enough good things about the Dr. I had problems with my eyes dry eyes, ( this particular problem was solved by him I am so thankful. The condition I had was my eyes ran for 2 years know one can imagine wiping your eyes every day using a 100 tissues. I had other issues and he has them under control. If you go for a visit you will not need to see another Doctor. He has a beyond 5 star rating. I have gone to other Orthomolgist and was diagnosed incorrectly, or put me on medication that did not correct problem. I trust him completely, who would want to go through life without eye vision.

Just find another doctor! My daughter's neurologist was concerned about her sudden loss of vision and wanted her to have a full ophthalmology exam as an emergency placement including dilation. She arrived early for her 12:30 appointment and checked back in at 1:00 pm and was then given paperwork to fill out. No apology was given. She was seen for 10 minutes and he gave her a new prescription based on her looking at 2 lines of letters and choosing between the better one- this was only done ONE time, not over and over like most doctors do. He did not do any other part of the full exam, even the dilation which was specifically discussed when the appointment was made. I had to schedule another emergency examination with a different doctor for Thursday to do what her neurologist requested. That another 3 days of her not being able to see, and not being able to do school work. It's appalling that he still has his medical license.

I have had my eyes botched and had numerous corrective eyes surgeries. None of the Doctors could fix me as my eyes were a mess. Dr. Townsend never gave up on me! This Doctor kept working on my eyes until they were fixed! I highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Townsend did upper and lower lid surgery on both of my eyes six years ago. They were perfectly even and the improvement was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend him!
