I actually never wrote a review on a physician and have to say I have been very lucky to have such great doctors care for our family. However, Dr. Berg stood out even amongst wonderful doctors that I have worked with. Dr. Berg was patient, kind, and explained things in a manner that not only I could understand but also my 3 year old. He also gave my son a popsicle that day and then again the next day that he saw us following up with our PCP. In addition, Dr. Berg stated that we needed a follow up appointment with our PCP within 48hrs. I informed him that she was booked up, which is why went to urgent care. Dr. Berg literally walked with us down to our PCP office and spoke with the secretary to ensure they put us into the schedule. From start to finish and later follow up I was so grateful for Dr. Berg's expertise, caring and kind manner.

My son was visited by Dr. Berg at the Urgent Care in Waltham and we loved him. He was very professional, not overly friendly, but very thorough and really nice to my son. My son is Type 1 Diabetic, as is Dr. Berg and that was a common thread. we loved him and would go to him again in a heart beat!
