Dr Wu and the entire technical and administrative support staff are outstanding. The medical result was excellent.

Dr Wu is the best! I have a patient for many years. Her wait times maybe a little long but it is a teaching hospital and she takes her time with her patients.

I lost vision in my right eye because a cornea graft would not adhere. I have had 7 surgeries/procedures in 5 weeks, most of them with my surgeon who referred me to Dr Wu. Dr Wu will be doing another surgery on 5/4 and I know her goal is to restore my sight. Dr Wu is warm and friendly but not all who work with her are. They are all business and I kind of felt just like a number. Joanne however, who checked me in was wonderful. The office told me on a Friday that I needed a Covid test for a Tues. surgery. Kind of short notice. I was awake and in pain the whole night after surgery. No pain meds were given. After the procedure, no one told me when I could return to work, if I had any restrictions or what to expect post surgery. They did send info to my HR department who didn’t tell me anything either. Overall, not a positive experience for me but I think Dr Wu’s goal is to give me my sight back.

Dr. Wu is caring, thorough, and great! She followed up with me after my procedure during off hours to make sure I am doing fine. I will recommend her to anyone.

Dr H Wu exceeded all expectations in all phases of my cataract surgery. From her front office handled by a professional polite Ms McMahon through the final exam to assure me and explain in detail all that occurred during the surgical procedures. I highly recommend Dr Wu

I LOVE Dr. Wu. She is the most caring doctor. The comment about her being after money is completely absurd. I have been going to her for many years. Staff who check your vision at Brookline office take you quickly. Wait for Dr. Wu can be a little longer, but has never been excessive for me. I schedule morning appointments. Waits are perhaps longer in Boston because of very busy clinic. Not the doctor's fault.

She is the kindest doctor. Very knowledgeable, always makes me feel completely at ease. Patient care comes first. I am a very satisfied patient of many years.

She only cares about $$$ very unethical

Dr. Wu and her entire staff were fantastic. I had my Lasik surgery with her about a month ago, and I could not have been happier throughout the entire process. Right from the initial diagnostics appt to see if I was eligible for Lasik, I felt very comfortable and confident with her. She took the time to explain everything in detail to me and was very patient and friendly through all of my questions. I could tell she took the care to make sure Lasik was the best fit for my eyes, rather than performing it on just anyone or taking any risks. I could also tell she had a lot of experience and excellent results. Leading up to the surgery her staff was excellent about answering any questions I had and straightening out all of the details! They also did a great job explaining any post-op precautions I'd want to take (eye drops, wearing eye masks to bed, no makeup right afterwards, etc), and I could tell she very much emphasized extra care around that - better safe than sorry!The surgery itself went very smoothly. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole thing - everything was painless and I wasn't uncomfortable or anything afterwards - a very easy surgery. She then followed up with a phone call later that day to check in and see how I was feeling!Throughout the check-in appts she continued to be great. One of my eyes was slightly foggy the next day and she explained the different reasons that might be happening and what follow-ups that might entail, but explained it would likely clear up on its own within a day or two, which is actually exactly what happened! Since then my vision has been perfect!I know I'm just one experience, but my lasik surgery went excellently, and from conversations I had with her other patients theirs did too. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Every step of the way she and her staff were fantastic.

I took my Dad here and we waited 7 hours. Saw every student in Boston before seeing Wu. All she wanted was for him to have cataract surgery. She gave no details and just kept pushing the operation. I have zero need to line her pocketbook. Should be ashamed of herself
