Told not accepting new patients when I called Milton office

I was a patient for years, but never had had a bad flare-up. I had a problem with a severe flare up and asked to be seen immediately. She would not call me back or fit me into her schedule and the scheduler said the next time she could see me was over a month away. After 2 days she finally had a nurse call me to tell me to go to the emergency room if it was that bad. Needless to say at that point I changed doctors and hospitals. I had been a patient at BI for almost 20 years. That was the first time I ever called with a need to be seen urgently. Totally unacceptable.

Questioned why I was there for appt. when I was referred by my Dr. then told me that she didn't have time for new patient appt. quickly examined me acted dismissive when I told her symptoms, will not go back.
