OCB Weymouth office went above & beyond making my latest visit such a positive experience! I arrived early for my visit & instead of turning me away, the staff asked Dr. Stefater if I could be seen. I stated I could come back if it was a problem, but was advised it may be a little wait,but I would be seen. In a short time they worked me up & Dr. Stefater was thorough, kind & so knowledgeable evaluating my recheck of my retinal issue. Frankly, it was my most positive experience at any OCB office,I was treated as a person not a number!! At some of the other locations, if I showed up early as I was told, ‘Sorry, the computer won’t allow us to check you in till 25 minutes beforehand’. At Weymouth location, they listened to my travel concerns and came up with a mutually beneficial solution for my visit! Everyone involved was courteous and extremely committed to providing excellent patient care experience. I can’t recommend more highly!
