Manuella goes above and beyond her job description on a daily basis. Hearing the shocking news that your child has a heart problem is heartbreaking and nerve racking at the same time. She sets us at ease and is always accessible to us. Whenever she is explaining things, she talks to you like a person, she explains everything in detail and not using Dr's terminology that you would not understand. We would not be able to deal with this without her.she is the best of the best.
