I read the notes that Dr. Marc A. Bouffard left about my medical history and past treatment and it was all completely incorrect. Also, he reported that my condition was questionable after it was diagnosed and treated at one of the best hospitals in New York. I nearly lost my life. Never let the VA refer veterans to him. I’m thinking of reporting this doctor now. Disgusting medical team. Mind you, he never said any of this to me on person. Stay away!

He is an exceptional neuro-ophthalmologist - he really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and address concerns. He is friendly and also possesses a wealth of knowledge about his field. Truly an expert in his domain and I would definitely recommend him to others. He is an utmost professional through and through.

I had my first appt with Dr. Bouffard yesterday and was extremely impressed. He was very thorough (we did tests I've never done before and I've had this condition for over 10 yrs). He has a very calming demeanor as well. His staff took me early as well. The front desk was very helpful as well.

Dr. Bouffard is kind, caring, smart and so reliable! Dr. Bouffard truly listens to his patients and doesnt stop until he finds out what is going on, without him I dont know where I would be, He persists and works non stop until he finds a solution to the problem. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Bouffard on my medical team.

If it not for Dr. Bouffard I would still be undiagnosed and losing eye sight among other problems. He is persistent, knowledgeable and so genuinely caring. I am lucky to have him on my team of specialists caring for me.
