My husband and I both would give 100 stars if we were allowed. This Doctor is wonderful!! He spends time with people and truly listens making you feel and KNOW you are well cared for- and his intelligence and knowledge go without saying. We highly recommend this Doctor.

The kindest, most compassionate physician my family has ever come in contact with. It has been an honor to have him watching over us as our PCP. His devotion to his patients goes beyond the call of duty and he is quite frankly the finest clinician, and human being we have ever known. His kindness and support during my husband's cancer treatment is something that has helped sustain me upon his passing. It will be very painful for me to leave his practice but at this point in my life as a widow, I need someone closer to home. God bless you and keep you . Dr Pasternack, always .I will miss you !!!!!!!

Best MD for PANDAS one could hope to see. Dr. Pasternak is brilliant, he knew more about what was wrong with our daughter than anyone else, except the MD we paid out of pocket to see, who, it turns out, works very closely with him! Our daughte is well again, after an expensive 2-year battle with PANDAS and I'm confident he will keep her well. He's a rare gem that MGH is lucky to have....and Children's Hospital Boston stinks when it comes to helping kids with PANDAS.

He's a brilliant doctor, excellent diagnostician, and a caring, kind human being. He will listen patiently to your description of symptoms (really listen, not just rush you on to get to the next patient). He is non-alarmist, good bedside manner. His patients are human beings to him, and he remembers everything. There are sadly not too many like him in these days of corporatized health care.
