Dr. Achebe's staff strung me along for a week during which I was very ill with an unexplained medical condition that required the care of an experienced hematologist. My primary recommended to Dr. Achebe as soon as possible. During this week, I was given a set of different expectations from every person I spoke with, but ultimately provided the litany of referrals and documentation they required before even allowing me to know how far out it would be before I could get an appointment despite my primary writing two letters. Finally, I was called and said that the Doctor would not see me due to the fact that I did not yet have a diagnosis. Forgive my ignorance, but I thought that was precisely why I was trying to get an appointment here?

It has been 9 months since my visit. She kept me waiting three hours. neither my oncologist nor I have yet to receive a written report of her diagnosis.
