The doctors might be great but no doctor is worth a 1 hr wait. Patients should be called to be advised the doctor is running late.

Catch-22 -- If you don't already know why your eyes are in trouble, they won't see you. Apparently they're all too specialized to bother with you. But my optometrist seemed to believe it wasn't her responsibility to have a clue why my eyes were collapsing so fast and couldn't be bothered to suggest some possibilities. Twice in six months I got the same response from the receptionist at New England Eye Center -- There's nothing we can do until you see an optometrist. When I explained that my optometrist had been unable to diagnose it, I got the same response without the slightest recognition that it put me in an impossible position.

What an amazing experience ! The tech Gabriella was wonderful very patient and encouraging, especially since I have difficulty with one particular test ..Dr Vuong and the resident staff were awesome .. left feeling relieved and well taken care of!

being seen by Dr. Hettler-Young was such a positive experience. No judgement, no stupid questions, no information was unneccesary or useless. Endless patience, and didn't make you feel like she was in a rush to see the next patient. Optical shop is right next door and if you're in there, see Lisa who helped me look for the perfect pair of eyeglasses and then didn't blink when I asked if I could use my old frame instead. She cared, went above and beyond to make sure I found a pair that suited me, introduced me to new styles, and didn't try to "sell" me anything, other than helping me find a frame style that looked good. Big props to lisa and her dedication to helping patients.
