The staff were friendly enough and the technician who examined me, (Liz) was great, very thorough, efficient, and took time to answer all of my questions. I gave four stars, not five because of the odd layout and uncomfortable circulation. The "waiting area" consists of two chairs with their backs facing the receptionist right up against that desk. When other customers come in, if one is sitting in one of the chairs, you would find yourself in the crossfire between two people having a conversation. Just awkward and odd. Not good Feng Shui to use a term.

I was greeted when l arrived at office. The receptionist and the female optometrist were nice. Overall, a positive experience.

This was one of the best eye exams I’ve had in years. I left feeling better about my strained eyes, and the Dr was so patient even though traffic made me 15min late. She even helped me figure out why my eyes are strained and helped with new half strength computer glasses to use instead of my full strength prescription when I am working. Life changing
