Our experience with Dr. Beroukhim has been phenomenal. We were referred to her for our daughter who was born with a congenital heart defect. We knew our daughter had the defect in utero and she followed our case from diagnosis to now. She is professional, patient, caring, dedicated, and always keeps her word. She tells you she will do something, and does it. She has always referred us to the appropriate places and doctors and given us everything we needed to help our daughter get well.

We knew our daughter had the defect in utero and she followed our case from diagnosis to now. One thing that has always impressed us about her is her follow-through. When she says she will call you back, or she will be there for something, she is. She has ALWAYS done what she said she would and that means a lot. Another thing that impressed us is her dedication to her work. She gave us her cell phone number to contact her. No other doctor has ever done that. And most of the time, she answers it too. She is actively doing research on the defect our daughter has which shows she is actively engaging in her field of study. And she even showed up at our surgical consult and asked the surgeons questions of her own just so she had a better understanding. We have been so impressed by her. I just can't say enough good things. She is very flexible and able to accommodate patients in a variety of places, working out of Childrens, MGH, and our local Salem Hospital, which is where we usually see her. Wait times are minimal if at all. Very pleasant to deal with. Whenever we have been in the office with her, she has answered all of our questions. We never feel rushed or like she's trying to get out of the office quick. She sits down and listens and makes us feel like she really cares.
