The best experience I've ever had at any dentist! From the receptionist, hygienist to the doctor. They were amazing!

They say I've been a patient since 1999, but I actually think its been even longer than that. Fact is, they are neither close nor convenient for me as I live almost 30 miles away. Nevertheless even though I have another dentist's office within 3 minutes walking distance from my house, I wouldnt trade them for the world. The staff is phenominal and Dr Hsu sets the standard. Personable and kind, extremely knowlegable and up to date on the cutting edge in dental technology. In a way these guys have been like a family of sorts as I've been seeing them since I was my son's age, and he now goes to this office too. Unfortunately I travel now for work and often times I'm out of the country at a moment's notice. This has caused my son and I to miss a couple of scheduled appointments. My son doesnt drive and so he's not making a 30 mile trip without me also having an appointment the same day in order to take him. As such the new 3 strike policy regarding canceled appoinments means I'll only be able to schedule him for actual dental work and leave the routine cleanings to someone local. (This is the only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5). I cant take a chance of him missing out on what i consider the world's best dentist due to a potentially unavoidable conflict caused by my job so i'll have to be more selective. If you're hesitating, don't. This office is, was, and will likely continue to be the absolute best.

Came in to do my regular cleaning after being suggested to do a deep cleaning and couldn’t get my toothache resolved at another local dentistry nearby. The doctors here were extremely patient and responsible. They were constantly giving out health advice/letting me know the reasons behind certain symptoms and my teeth condition throughout my session. The cleaning process went very smoothly and they even took out a couple plaques that I thought only a deep cleaning could do. My gums are much happier after my visit! Overall I simply feel I can trust them to take care of my teeth and that’s very important to me.

The best and nicest dentist experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at reception was super nice and welcoming. Im the type to fully sob at the dentist as a full grown adult because that’s how much I hate the dentist but this is the first time I didn’t even come close to crying, Dr. Nham is so so nice and fully acknowledges your anxiety and has a really calming and comforting bedside manner, he described every step that was going to happen, exactly when you’re going to feel pain, if any. I haven’t gone to the dentist in years because of how much it scares me but I made an appointment for a cleaning 6 months from now because I think because of Dr. Nham I’ll be keeping up with my dentist appointments from now on. Incredible gem of a man, and everyone else is super nice as well.

Have been going here for years and they are the best. Very thorough cleanings. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Never trying to push any extra services on you. Plus they really do come across as the most knowledgeable and qualified relative to others I have tried.

Recently joined this practice as a patient and this is probably the best experience I have had at a dental office. Dr. Hsu and the dental hygienist I worked with were very thorough, gentle, and took the time to discuss my oral health/go through my scans with me. We discussed areas of improvement and I got the overall sense that they do not push/recommend procedures/interventions unless truly necessary. I felt well-informed of my oral health at the end of the visit and equipped with strategies to improve. It was a delightful experience overall. Good, honest people who are clearly passionate about oral health!

Service was immediate and efficient, careful and professional. Efficiency and thoroughness were obvious priorities and, yet, there was time for friendliness and a generous amount of checking that all was well.

It is the best care one can get. Everyone is kind, understanding and fully engaged in wellbeing of the patients. The process is efficient, and it feels comfortable. Overall, excellent experience and great results!
