doctor Agarwal is the best doctor and nice person.

There are not words to communicate how much Dr. Agarwal has meant to our family. He is one of the most brilliant and compassionate doctors that I have encountered. We travel from Iowa to Boston for his expertise. Dr. Agarwal is always willing to give his time either via phone or email. He is supportive of our local team and makes himself available for questions/ collaboration. His research gives us hope. Knowing he is there for my son brings a great deal of comfort and reassurance.

Dr. Agarwal is not only an incredible doctor but also an amazing man. Dr. Agarwal has been instrumental in the care of my son and is always there to answer and email question or even take time out of his day to have a phone conversation. The community of people effected with Dyskeratosis is a small one but Dr. Agarwal has given us so much more than he will ever know.

Dr. Agarwal is extremely knowledgable and kind. He engages with the patient and their family equally. He spends a very long time with us and answers all of our questions. He arranged multiple referrals to other specialists for many different health concerns. He is easily reachable by email when we have a new question. Honestly do not know where we’d be without him. By far, the best physician we have ever found.

Dr. Agarwal helped our son make a very difficult choice; helping him feel at ease before going to bone marrow transplant. He was not swayed one way or the other re a decision, but was made to feel a part of the decision making process. Most importantly he let Riley know he was safe and cared for. Dr. Agarwal took extra time to listen to our family’s questions, he was thoughtful about the answers. We chose and continue to choose to come to Boston because of the care Dr. Agarwal provides.

Dr. Agarwal reviewed my daughter’s case after she was diagnosed at a different hospital. He was in agreement with the doctor treating her at the hospital closer to our home. He reassured us the care she was receiving was excellent. He is passionate about his work and the community he serves. He collaborates with other physicians to make sure each patient receives the highest quality of care.

Dr Agarwal was bright light in a sea of many specialists. He is without doubt one of the best and most knowledgeable physicians in his field and has a genuine concern for his patients and their families too. He was very friendly to our son who thought he was ‘really cool’. He answered our questions and listened to our concerns explaining In a way we understood. He has also been excellent at taking the time to answer questions from our local doctor who was not as experienced in our disease.

Such a sweet and brilliant man. Took his time explaining things in a way my partner and I could understand. Dr Agarwal answered all our questioned without making us feel rushed or pressured. He didn’t try to convince us of anything, just explained the facts of our options, which was also incredibly reassuring.

Really just a bad person. He talks down to his staff and acts like he was better than everyone around him, and that arrogance showed in his work. He also talked down to me, and acted as if I should worship any knowledge he provided to me without asking questions for my own understanding.
