I met Dr. Cleary today and cannot accolade her and the staff any higher than perfect. Professional, courteous, kind, empathetic, and approachable. I'm a retired RN, and Dr. Cleary and her staff should be very proud of how they serve their clients. Thank you Dr. Cleary, and thank you from the front desk, to the techs and staff running the back. Can't say enough about what a positive experience this potentially stressful situation turned out to be.

Horrible experience! Dr. Cleary is rude and insensitive. She doesn't answer questions or explain what she's doing. Doesn't care about me as a patient or about my vision-even my husband comment on her lack of care and concern. Lots of GOOD doctors out there-go to anyone else to preserve your vision!

Terrible experience! After waiting 40 minutes, I found Dr. Cleary to be rude and impatient. She didn't explain what she was doing and avoided answering questions. She was very abrupt and acted like she couldn't wait to be done with me. I would never, ever recommend her to anyone. There are many other doctors out there who are caring and kind-keep looking!

Dr. Cleary is very kind and takes time each visit to explain progress of healing, positive or negative. Her staff is knowledgable and spends needed time with you. Wish Dr. Cleary could spend a bit more time but that's the medical system today. Have been with her for 10 yrs. and will continue.

Transactional relationship with her patients only; not concerned about patient/physician relationship, only concerned that insurance pays and her company policy is ridgedly enforced. Those considering having her as your physician move on and find a physician who is concerned about your vision and your health, Dr. Cleary could care less. I was in treatment for five years + and was dumped without concern.

I found Dr. Cleary abrupt, extremely impersonal, an expert in deflecting questions, unwilling to expand on information, spending minimal time with patient,thus not getting to know the patient's history, to the point where she has confused which eye was problematic after months of treatment
