First I've been rescheduled 3 times for a physical, then they don't return my call when I wanted to get my new appointment date and time. they never call me back. Come the day before they say oh we had no message from you. Fast forward to this week. I get in contact with covid positive person. Try and set up a test but never get a call to get one. You just sit on hold forever. This place is a joke. No one returns call and no one knows what they are doing.

Dr Julian D’Achille is the best Plastic Surgeon I have ever had in the many reconstruction (post cancer) surgeries. He is so perfectly skilled in his surgical abilities but also carefully listens to every question or concern. His knowledge of any alternatives is amazing and he will spend as much time as necessary to address my questions. He is kind, caring in his follow-up and his staff are awesome. I feel honored to be a patient of Dr. D’Achille.

Rude, incorrect information regularly given over the phone, state they take insurance that they don't, charge you for tests they intially tell you are a part of their regular exam which aren't, don't return phone calls, only have 3 doctors taking new patients, place patients with pcp based on gender not preference, always run late, and can't pass along orders even when they are in the same building with two weeks heads up. Deplorable.
