This company is a corporate machine based out of Florida. Everything from their generic responses to reviews to their performative “zoom consults” are a ploy to get your money. Once they have your money and they make it as difficult as possible to issue a refund you’re on your own as far as actually getting the services you’ve already paid for. Be prepared to wait weeks or months on end to receive services and possibly have to drive to multiple locations all over the state of MA or…you know…you can literally just go to one of the million Med spas around here and get the same services done for the same price in a relatively short period of time without the headache of dealing with a poorly run business.

Maggie was amazing I was a little nervous as this was my first time getting laser hair removal and she totally picked up on that and remained super calm the whole time. Her energy and demeanor was exactly what I needed today and I look forward to my next appointment
