List of Eleanor R. Sullivan's Reviews
I have worked with her and been a patient of hers. She is compassionate, caring , knowledgeable. Would recommend her to everyone.
Dr Sullivan is fabulous. She is very professional, caring and attentive. She has a great sense of humor. I would not trade her for any other cardiologist.
Dr Sullivan has been treating me after my heart attack and triple bypass surgery since 2008. I have found her very professional and attentive to my cardiac health. The staff, clinicians and technicians are great! I would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone in need of a cardiologist.
After moving to the Cape and due to concerns involving significant family history, I decided to be proactive regarding my health care needs. I wanted to find a cardiologist to would listen, take my family's history into consideration and establish a baseline for any future heart health care needs. Dr. Sullivan's professionalism and care have exceeded all expectations. Dr. Sullivan listens intently to a patient, her genuine interest makes her easy to talk to and makes a person feel that they are of value and not just a number. I and my family feel confident under Dr. Sullivan's care.
Dr Sullivan was wonderful. Informative, caring and included me in the conversation and treatment options. Her office space was clean and calming. Her NP Kelly was also a delight. I will be going back for testing, and look forward to finding out more about my health concerns.
My grandmother had been seeing Dr. Sullivan for years. Yet Dr. Sullivan ignored my grandmother when she complained of pain and tightness in chest. She went into cardiac arrest that same weekend. Luckily she was in the hospital at that time. Dr. Sullivan overlooked symptoms of a massive blockage. She also prescribed a dangerous black label medication for AFIB that made my grandmothers lungs deteriorate. My grandmother trusted Dr. Sullivan with her health and she let her down. She complained to the doctor multiple times about shortness of breath and feeling weak. Instead of stopping the medication and looking further at her health, my grandmother was told to go on more walks. She then had to be on oxygen 24 hours a day. Luckily my grandmother found a new doctor who is very attentive and knowledgeable, and she is now doing much better. I’m writing this comment not to be mean but to warn others and hopefully save other people from what my grandmother went through under Dr. Sullivan’s care.
Dr Sullivan listens, is responsive, thorough and reassuring.
Had to leave after 45 minutes of waiting with doctor not even coming to say anything about wait time though she was in and out numerous times and apparently not even dealing with another patient. Very disturbing.
I liked Dr. Sullivan and she seemed very nice. But after my initial consultation with her, I was never able to get another appointment with her. She never returned any phone calls. All my subsequent appointments were with her nurse practitioner, who is very nice, but not the doctor my internist referred me to see. I feel Dr. Sullivan gets patients into her practice and then abandons us by passing us off to the nurse practitioner. I've been a patient of her for 5 years and I've only seen her once!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
