very kind and enjoyable people! clean and organized too!
FRIENDLY STAFF. Clean place
I was seen 1/22/21 for a rapid covid test along with the standard lab test. About 30 minutes after my test I received an email with my rapid antigen results which told me I was positive but I received no phone call. After trying to get ahold of them for an hour I realized that the results sent to me were SOMEBODY ELSE'S RESULTS. When I finally got through to the staff I informed them of the issue and they informed me that my test was negative. I was sobbing in bed thinking I had covid when really what happened was a huge hippa violation. Don't go here.
Fast easy and painless. People are freindly.
The office help at urgent care in Bridgewater are incompetent. I have been waiting well over a week for my Covid results. (January 5)Because they submitted a wrong birthdate for me Quest will not give me my results. Two days ago Urgent care told me they would correct the mistake but has done nothing yet. I will never recommend this facility to anyone.
Terrible follow up to Covid test. Was told I would get an email for me and my partner regarding results of our Covid tests. We had been exposed to the virus so understandably we were anxious to see the results but they never called. Now the place is closed so the Hell with us! If these are health care professionals.....God Help Us All
Came here to get my 3 year old a rapid covid test, said online could be up to a 2 hour wait but there was no wait, everyone was really nice and professional also:)
Fast service but very rude experience. Answered the phone after being put on hold so she could ask a question.. the call resumed to laughing and criticizing that I was there 4 weeks ago for a Covid test (i work in a facility where many have covid and work with the public). I got a call back again questioning why I was there (second call before asked to go back for the test) When I do drive back, a very nice nurse did my test and said the NP wanted to speak with me. This didn’t happen last time I was there but I didn’t think much of it. NP came out and claimed she recognized me from last time I was there.. 4 weeks ago.. pretty weird if you ask me. Considering there must be at least 100 people a day getting tested. She continued to interrogate as to why I was there and why I needed a Covid test.. apparently being exposed and expressing symptoms and having a job that is constantly exposed to Covid isn’t a good enough reason. I won’t be going back there. I heard the service had been declining but haven’t had any issue until today. Was just an uncomfortable appointment and felt shamed for getting another test.
Very disappointed in my experience with them this time have been there before and everything was great this time around they rushed me off the phone told they couldn’t or should I say wouldn’t help me and I was told to go to the emergency room well nowadays I don’t think I should go there unless it’s an absolute emergency the biggest problem is that this is an issue I had a few months ago and they treated me then with out any problems at all
Made an appointment online the day before. The website is weird because you have to keep refreshing to get an avilable time but I was able to do one for my husband and myself. We didn't wait long in the car, they called twice to ask questions but were able to ask us both at the same time. When we went inside it was super efficient. They had us all socially distanced to wait and then line up and walk down the hall and put us in rooms in the order we were lined up. My husband and I got to be in the same room and tested at the same time which seemed efficient. After being swabbed, a Nurse Practitioner (NP) came in to discuss what to do in the event of positive results. We had some specific questions and as we were still conversing with the NP, she was already backing out the door, which seemed rushed. Each room had a 5 minute timer outside. Although we did get our questions answered, it seemed rushed and like she cared more about meeting her 5 min timer deadline than making sure we had the info we needed. I know it's busy and the tests are in high demand so I get it. That was the only even slightly negative thing about our experience. My husband got both tests and was told he would get an email about the rapid test and never did so I had to call, which seems to be a common occurrence based on the reviews. Overall, a quick and efficient experience!
Finding a place to get a covid test is hard but after applying online I had an appt the next day they are very efficient clean and friendly they went above and beyond testing me for covid and the flu medication for my cough and I actually saw an NP besides me feeling awful my experience was great best urgent care ive ever been to!!
Quick, efficient, professional people!
Super organized for Covid testing! They were fast, efficient, and got you in and out quickly. Highly recommend👍🏻
Pleasant staff. Very busy place.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Drove my boyfriend to get his Covid swab that was scheduled for 3:00PM. We get there a few minutes early and he texts the number to confirm hes arrived to his appointment. He receives an automated text message back saying that hes checked in and will be called shortly. After an hour of waiting for a call (now 4:00PM) he decided to call them instead. No answer. He went up to the door to try and see how much longer he had to wait. The door was locked. He came back to the car and called again. A man picked up the phone, apologized and said they were extremely backed up and that they would get him in soon. Around a half hour later (4:30PM) he got a call checking him into his appointment and said they would call back soon for him to be swabbed. Waited nearly another hour. 5:15PM he gets a call checking him in once again and they tell him to come inside to get his swab done. As soon as he opens the door he is bombarded with HEY!! You cant just come in here!!!! He says I just got a call telling me to come inside to get my swab. She asks his name and he tells her, she giggles saying Oh yeah, I did just call you. He was given a room and waited 10 minutes to get the swab. The nurses were amazing! After the swab he waited another 25 minutes for someone to come to the room and tell him his results and ask him further questions before he could leave. We are just now leaving this place at 6:00PM. WE GOT HERE AT 3 OCLOCK. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont waste your time here youd be better off driving to Rhode Island and getting home faster than youd get a test here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Went last week with my husband and everything was wonderful. I even told my sister about it and she also went last week to get the rapid test and everything went well for her too. When my husband and I went last week, they told us our insurance would cover the rapid and the regular Covid test, so if we wanted both, we could do them both because it is covered by insurance, so he went ahead and got both. So yesterday, I was having Covid symptoms and have been recently exposed so figured Id better get checked too. Well the woman on the phone was so rude and nasty. She asked for my insurance card and I realized that I had forgotten that at home, so I told her that Id call my husband to get the card number and she hung up on me. When I called her back, she proceeded to tell me that the rapid test is no longer covered by my insurance. She said if I wanted that I would have to pay $160.00 out of pocket. I told her that my husband and I were just here a few days ago and he was offered both and told that both were covered, she said well the laws have since changed over the weekend. So as Im sitting in the Parking lot there waiting, I called my insurance company. BCBS stated that they do cover the rapid and the regular test. I actually conferenced my insurance in as the rep was willing to speak to her and she refused to talk to them to verify that information that the test is covered. She reiterated to me that if I want the rapid test, it would be $160.00. Then she hung up on me again. Now mind you, Ive been sitting there for an hour already. She told me when I first called that there was a 2 hour wait and I told her that I would wait. She actually tried to deter me and tried to get me to leave due to the high wait times. This woman was so unprofessional, nasty, mean and rude. She should not be working in the medical profession and dealing with sick people, here I am with fever and Covid symptoms and she didnt give a shit, I actually had my insurance on the phone and the rep heard it all. I said to her why are you so mean, your being so mean and you keep hanging up on me, Im here and I need to get the test please dont go here, it was the worst experience Ive ever had at a medical facility. They should not be working with the public.
I dont usually write reviews but this one bothered me. I dont think I will be going back here no matter how urgent my case is. My care was rushed because it was close to closing time. Half of my issues were cared for. I had to seek help elsewhere in order for me to get complete care. I was told to come back when I raised the concern I had as if Im not going to get billed for a second visit. Felt like a retail store at closing time. Im all set
This was my go to urgent care facility pre COVID but today I had an virtual appointment scheduled and waited 32 minutes and no one showed up. When I called the office, I was put on hold and disconnected twice after waiting 6 min each time. Completely unprofessional. They better not charge me or my insurance for their no show.
This place deserves 0 stars. So I called the # on the door to be seen (their doors are locked go figure). The woman on the phone was extremely inconsiderate & rude off the bat. Since this is a holiday weekend a lot of doctors are closed until Tuesday. I was having a pretty serious issue on my surgical site & I was advised to visit my local urgent care center in case I needed antibiotics. The lady on the phone immediately tried to stop me & wouldnt let me talk. Then talks to someone else in the office & tried to tell me to go to an emergency room instead of trying to see me to assess the issue. Why in the world are you in business as an urgent care center if you are turning patients away?! Might as well close this office down. They did absolutely nothing to help me besides send me to an emergency room when I am sure my problem could have been resolved had they opened the door and got me in. Extremely unprofessional staff & their unwillingness to help a patient was beyond me! I hope that one day find yourself in my shoes & get the same treatment you expressed to me today! Ive been in the health care field over 10 years & if I ever treat any patient the way you all acted out today my boss would have my head & Id be fired immediately! The lack of empathy and professionalism without even seeing me was unacceptable! I truly hope you shut down, why are you open if you send patients to the emergency room without assessing them? I will be calling after the holiday weekend & filing a complaint for sure! Not one person showed willingness to help! Unbelievable! Please find a new job! Whoever answered the phone & the person she was going back & forth (possibly a nurse practitioner) with DO NOT BELONG IN THE MEDICAL FIELD! They sounded fully staffed in there & not willing to see me. This sounds like a good place to work. Go in, turn away patients, & take easy money home I guess. I think I would know if I needed to go to an emergency room. So to the lady who answered the phone on Saturday 9/5/20 around 3:30pm, if you are not a doctor refrain from telling patients when and why they need to go to the emergency room. I did not call to ask for your personal opinion, I called to be seen!
