I saw Dr. Ross for a second opinion on my shoulder which possibly needed to be replaced. Dr. Ross and his assistant gave me allThe time in the world, listened intently to my concerns. Following an exam as well as looking at X-rays, etc. I was given incredible, thoughtful, and very honest advice. I have opted to forego surgery due to how complicated my situation is but if I were to have surgery, I would call him immediately, knowing that I would be in the best of hands. I also have to add that his office is one of the friendliest I have ever been in.

Dr Ross explained my options clearly regarding my rotator cuff tear. Additionally, his staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

First visit, very impressed with staff they were very friendly and professional. Office staff was excellent taking xrays to very sore area. Dr Glen Ross was very personable and explained things in easy to understand terms. Overall extremely happy with this visit and would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr. Ross and I always look at my most recent x-ray then he does a physical exam of my strength and flexibility. I had my shoulder surgery a year ago, and my last visit was my sixth or seventh follow-up appointment. I was surprised but pleased to have all these follow up appointments because I could think deliberately about my healing progress and tell Dr. Ross if I had any concerns or questions. He always listens attentively and explains things clearly. Besides having a successful surgery, who could ask for more?

Dr Ross listened attentively to my concerns and experiences. His examination was skillful and precise. His explanations were clear and his conclusion rang true and consistent with my experience. I have complete confidence in dr Ross and feel the two hour drive to see him was wise and totally worth the trip to get what I feel was the best care possible.

I just had my follow up visit from a shoulder replacement. It came out perfect. I am setting up a round of golf. I had to give up golf over 10 years ago because of my shoulder issues. When Dr. Ross said I would be playing again I was doubtful. I can’t believe I have 100% mobility/flexibility. It is amazing!!!
