List of Mohamed Khan's Reviews
Supposedly I'm his patient. I've been in the hospital twice in the past 2 weeks for congestive heart failure and a mild heart attack. Dr. Kahn never came to see me one time. Is that how Dr.'s treat their patients now?
My comment doesn't show up....
Wife, and I both had nuclear camera, test performed today staff are excellent, jeff, and debbie, are great.
inept, unaccountable and just plane mean -adding insult to injury.
We are lucky to have Dr. Khan in this town.He is one of the best cardiologist. He is the kindest man I have every seen and his office is wonderful. I would say if you need a cardiologist go to Dr. Khan.
Dr. Khan saved my life. He put in a very long stent in my LAD. "the widow maker"... If he wasn't as skilled I would have need open heart surgery. He is as skilled as he is kind. The staff are very nice and the office clean. Love CVC
Outstanding Physician
It starts off well. Kind, caring, very good about explaining things, and answering questions etc., but that changes once you are locked in. After almost two years he is clearly annoyed if you ask a question. If you ask if the current treatment course/medications still make sense or needs to be modified, you will get an illogical non-answer designed to shut you up rather than explain the reason or why it does, or does not make sense. I have been under the care of cardiologists since 2000 and because of moving several times due to transfers with my company, I've been under the care of several cardiologists over the years, so I do have a benchmark to compare the Dr to. This is the most disappointing experience I've had. The office routinely has 10+ patients waiting to be seen. On a high note, the staff is very helpful and super nice. I'm not sure if this is a Redding/small town issue, but in his office he has a sign that essentially reads don't go to Mercy Medical center as he is not a provider there. Strange. Regardless, I hope to start seeing a different cardiologist this year.
Dr Khan is the best heart doctor that ive been to i was in very little pain after he put in a stint not like the others i had put in. His office is always friendly his staff are great people.I would strongly recommend any to him. Thanks Dr. Kahn
His office staff believes so much in getting a patient's money that a sign states, that if the office sends a bill for your co-pay amount there will be a additional charge. He wants to perform tests that are unnecessary but very expensive for the patient, even one with good medical insurance. Oh, ask him if he does ANY surgery himself, or if patients needing an operation are referred to other doctors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
