Dr. Berg is very down to earth with his patients. He takes the time to listen to his patients needs. He likes to make is patients feel comfortable in his office.
I had my surgery recently and I’m fully quickly recovered and the scar is gone too.I Highly recommend Dr Berg. He’s a great Doctor and you gonna be in good hands. He’s very professional, confident and experienced. The best Ent doctor ever! Thank you very much.
I high recommend anyone to go dr Berg I cant thank him enough and his team all Norton hospital team for be so kind to my son his procedure was so quickly
I came in I had an appt with Dr. Berg at 4:15pm he did not see me until 5:10. I waited patiently he removed the gunk in my ear, then forgot he left a piece until I said if it is necessary for me to keep what he left in my ear. He did not resolve my issue nor did he inform me properly on how to keep my infection away. Being a specialist I expected more from him but he clearly let me down. I don't normally do reviews but because I was in discomfort for almost 5 weeks with my ear I had to write this review. Not going here again!
Booked an appointment early AM, hoping to avoid an extended wait time. But of course, although I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment to fill out any paperwork (and why do we still have to fill out papers??), I had to wait for 30 minutes after the originally scheduled appointment time. Once in with Dr. Berg he did seem competent. After oral intake and a quick exam he suggested that I should allow him to perform a nasal endoscopy. He stated it would take only a minute or two and it did. After the appointment I found out the my insurance was billed $635 for the procedure. Of that amount they paid roughly 1/2, leaving me with a bill for $240 for something that took less than two minutes, and produced no result of any value - which I suspect he knew full well would be the outcome. Ask how much everything is!! And of course, suggest that you should look elsewhere.
Believe me, I am 75 years old and not easily led, but Dr. Berg is working with me now on a very worrisome condition, at least to me, anyway, that is yet to be resolved. I have the utmost confidence. I'm not exactly sure what the reasons are, but ten Minutes into my introductory appointment, I would come very close to following Dr. Berg down the barrel of a gun. And again, I am NOT easily led or impressed. There is just something there.
Dr. Berg is an amazing Doctor. He is a skilled surgeon and knows his field very well. He was able to diagnose me when others couldn't. After meeting him and undergoing an 11-hour surgery which included removal of 171 lymph nodes and a full thyroidectomy, I've been cancer free for just over 2 years now with a barely noticeable scar. I can not thank him enough for what he has done for me.
Extremely dissatisfied. Absolutely unhelpful, when I asked to lower his voice due to my ears hurting, he neglected it when I clearly was having more difficulty with the volume of him speaking, then he verbatim told me there was nothing he could do to help, but still recommended me to a physical therapist that didn't help at all but cost me even more money. When I called their management to dispute (visit was expensive), she was rude and hung up the phone on me. Avoid this office
Excellent

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
