I had my left hip replaced July 2, 2019 went back for follow up/ removal of staples etc. Then we were hit with the virus lock downs. I have not been back to see Dr. Almacari again. I think i thanked him? He is an amazing surgeon! I have absolutely no pain. At 61 i had given up riding but i am back at it again. The staff at his Liberty office is also an amazing group. Thank you so much for giving me back my life ! God bless you all.

Dr. Almacari performed an anterior hip replacement for me and I have been amazed how pain free the recovery has been. I was walking without aid four days after surgery and after 3 1/2 months feel like half a new man. Can't wait to have the other hip done.

Saw Dr Almacari for hip pain and he came highly recommended. I was referred to him after xrays were done. I met with him for less than 3 minutes and he told me I needed a hip replacement. Wanted me to sign a consent. Wouldn’t consider physical therapy or cortisone injections...only total hip replacement. Saw two additional doctors who said it was way too early in view of the small amount of arthritis, and tried more conservative measures. I’ve heard he’s a wonderful surgeon and have no reason to dispute that. Just seemed in too much of a rush to go to sx overall.

He is a phenomenal surgeon! If I could give him 6 stars I would! I had a total hip replacement done in Nov. 2018 on my right hip which had the two bones grinding on one another with no cartilage left due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. It's coming up on my 1-year appointment and I am in no pain in my hipI couldn't believe how much bring in constant pain before was affecting my mood. I feel soooooo much better. Minimal scar and only reason I need a cane to walk sometimes is from RA in my other joints. Hip feels great!

Dr Almacari is one in a million. Two total hip replacements Aug and Nov 2018. Walking independently ten days post op after second hip. Had walked with walker for a year before surgery. What a miracle. Doing fabulous. The entire staff are wonderful. Have recommended Dr Almacari to friends and family. All have been very fortunate and doing great. I give Dr Almacari a 10.

Dr. Almacari seemed very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. He performed surgery to repair a badly broken ankle on short notice in September, 2017 -- inserting a plate with 7 screws on one side and two pins on the other side.
