I was taken right in as scheduled and found Dr. Russell highly professional and very personable. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I was nervous at first but the doctor as well as the entire staff put me at ease. I am so thankful for everyone involved.

I felt Dr Russell was knowledgeable, friendly, and most professional. My sinuses now feel better than when I was a much younger lady. Unlike the other reviewers, I never felt rushed and since I had written my concerns and questions down, I had every question answered to my satisfaction. I wish more doctors handled themselves as well as Dr Russell. I now have a new permanent ENT.

I met Dr Russell after having multiple sinus infections with no relief after countless antibiotics and steroids. She was so engaging and kind and explained that I would need surgery to correct the issue with my sinus. She took her time to LISTEN to my concerns and thoroughly explain the next steps. I could not have felt more comfortable and cared for during our appt. I highly recommend her!

I had post-covid nasal inflammation. I went to see a specialist because it came back after a standard treatment of medication. I got charged 500 dollars just to have doctor visit. The visit consisted of her half explaining things while simultaneously acting like I should know what she knows. If I should know what she knows why charge 500 dollars just to talk to her? Left with a bad vibe and then got hit with the absurd bill. Never going back.

Curt and unfriendly staff. I get the feeling it’s under new ownership as previous information regarding payment no longer applies. Will be getting hearing aids elsewhere. Listening to the patient not a strong point. No idea hearing aid dept. was a separate entity.
