Never answer phones. Sometimes outside companies answer the phones and don't ever call you back. I waited months for results. Finally had to go to hospital and fill out papers to get results of a cancer test. Just horrible. Please be wary of this medical practice. They may seem nice enough but they can cause serious illness to you. Please stay away.

At first visit, DR. ARSHAD appears attentive and caring. But later on, if there's an issue she doesn't want to discuss or take take of, she becomes evasive and very sarcastic. Her office personal copy her attitudes. Have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior. When I questioned this- she lies to cover up. I left feeling violated and unsafe
