Excellent experience! Every step of the process was informative and comfortable. My fiancé received breast augmentation. Dr. Reformat’s work was amazing and his confidence in his abilities felt refreshing. His staff were every bit as wonderful. She is so happy with the experience and full of confidence now! Overall an amazing experience!

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Reformat and I am extremely pleased with the results. He listened to me and gave me the best result for my body type. My back pain is gone and I am thrilled with my smaller proportionate breasts.

I had two reduction consults with Dr. Reformat, one before the pandemic and one after. He was kind and very affirming at both appointments - he even used a different incision pattern to make it more comfortable to wear a binder if I wanted to. However, on the day of surgery after being very clear with everyone that I did not want my weight to not be shared with me (I'm recovering from an eating disorder) Dr. Reformat was the only one who rebuked my request letting me know that "had [i] been this weight at the time of our first consult, [he] wouldn't have gone through with the reduction" because my "weight, was in fact something [i] should be concerned about". The two stars are for how well the surgery went. I wouldn't recommend this provider to anyone who is in a bigger body because he clearly has issues with weight-bias.

Dr. Reformat and his staff are absolutely amazing! My breast reduction changed my life! The results are incredible as Dr. Reformat is very meticulous!The recovery was easier than I thought. There were no issues at all and no pain during recovery. Dr. Reformat is personable and very professional. Again, I am in LOVE with my result!!! Beautiful outcome. I had a very positive experience and couldn't have asked for a better doctor to perform the surgery! I highly recommend Dr. Reformat.

I had to do a reduction of the breasts because it was damaging my spine, but the doctor in charge did a terrible job, I can not raise my arms right because it pulls the skin and I feel a lot of pain, not to mention the damage that it did in my breasts. I’m not recommend Dr.Derek Reformat

Dr. Reformat repaired my face after a freak accident caused a fracture of the cheek bone that required emergency surgery. He showed up at the ER on a Saturday night, took charge of a situation that had stumped a few other physicians, got me transferred to another hospital where he could operate sooner, and did a great job on the surgery. I had no pain after, cannot for the life of me find his incision, and could not have been happier with his skill as a surgeon or his bedside manner.

Dr. Reformat is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is second to none. Explains everything in easy to understand terminology and takes the time to answer all questions. The entire experience from office visits to surgery was exceptional and I would highly recommend.
