They have pretty much stolen my money at this point. I purchased units of botox as well as BBL appointments. I have tried several times booking both of these services so that I could use what I have paid for. They keep cancelling my appointments sometimes without my knowledge. I have been on the books with the since July 21 and have had 18 appointments cancelled because of lack of providers. I have tried calling to get a refund on the services Ive paid for and keep being told that Ill get a call back. I went here for years for BBL and botox and the service was good at this point though Ive been cancelled on too many times. They have stolen about $600 in services from me. The worste part is I tried to use them and there is nothing open on the books for month. At this point its fraud.

Office staff was very punctual and pleasant procedure was quick and comfortable. Technician explained every step of the process so I knew what to expect and asked several times if I had any questions. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

My very first time getting lip fillers she only did the top and didnt do the bottom.6wks later the lines came back I had to go somewhere else because they had no openings.im not a nurse but I think it should have lasted longer.i was told 6 mthsI have called multiple times and nobody will get back to me. I will never go back there again or refer this company.oh and when I went to this other salon. I got both lips done with one syringe

I wasnt able to go through with services due to personal health reasons but the consult I got was great. Receptionist at the offices are great and so are the people who do the lazer hair removal. They were all kind and professional looking for ways to help me till the end. I appreciate these ladies and for keeping up with me so we could try and find another way to get this done. I cannot comment on procedures but I would come back to Ideal image when I get better.
