I took my daughter for an eye appointment on 8/24/2022. We were greeted by Dr Soll who checked us in. She suggested dilating my daughter's eyes, which I declined. I also refused the digital imaging, a substitute for the dilation. Minutes later, my daughter was called in by Dr Soll to do her eye exam. I stayed in the waiting room while they both went to the back office. My daughter emerged from the exam room, and we proceeded to get a copy of our prescription. The young lady informed me that I had to pay 39.00 for imaging (the same one I DECLINED). I informed her that I personally asked Dr Soll to refrain from just that AND dilation, too. She mumbled an apology, and I paid the 39.00 anyway because I did not want to cause a scene! I was livid because I think she pulled a fast one seeing that I was not in the room with my daughter. I drive home and immediately called the office and spoke to a manager. My 39.00 was promptly refunded. I canceled the appointment I had for the next day. I will NEVER return to that office. People should have INTREGRITY!
