I had breast reconstruction surgery after a partial mastectomy. I could not be more p,eased with the outcome. The doctor took all the time needed for me to understand the procedure and recovery. I saw him in his offices located in Hacketstown hospital. The offices were clean and I was seen promptly. I was so pleased with the outcome I went back for an abdomnioplasty. That procedure went better than I had hoped. After losing over 80lb I never expected to have a flat stomach again. My experiences have been overwhelming positive. He gave me his cell number and answered promptly anytime I had a question.

I had breast reduction done in 2007 my left breast is totally miss shaped and he made my nipples too small and I told him one of them was scabbing over I went there he ripped the scab off which in turn scarred my nipple and now my nipple is all misshapen and Scared have tried to contact him numerous times and he has never returned an email or a call both Boston in New Jersey 😢

I live in the Boston area where I saw Dr. Ko who had his office in West Roxbury, MA. I must say, be careful who you chose for a doctor. Dr. Albert Ko, MD was referred to me by a trusted friend. After years of intensive exercise, diets and nothing else worked, I decided to have a tummy tuck to get rid of the extra skin and stretch marks. The day of the surgery Dr. Ko was late for about 3 hours. He performed the surgery, it went ok. The hospital Dr. Ko put me in was a mediocre hospital, very little attention received from the head nurse; the cleaning person helped me to go to bathroom, the nurse told me I should walk around? no assistance. The pain killer they chose I was allergic to, asked to have different kind, they did not carry other pain killer? Two weeks went by and I saw Dr. Ko, I could not breath. He suggested I go to the emergency room which I did. I had pulmonary embolism putting me in ICU. He moved to NJ did not let know he was leaving.

I was recommended to Dr.Ko to have a medically necessary Abdomnioplasty. Just by looking at me, Dr.Ko said I needed a Penniculectomy.He explained the surgery in great detail,to be "a much more extensive abdomnioplasty". What he told me was 100% incorrect. We had 5 phone conversations prior to actual surgery,there was no misunderstanding of what he promised to do. I awoke to having a different operation & no belly button - his actions have injured me internally,causing me to be very ill for almost 2 yrs.I would not recommend this man to anyone.He is unorganized. Dr. Ko, never had my file with him, never took notes & for the 1st 3 visits after surgery,had no idea who I was. Because of is disorganization, I believe he gave me a surgery meant for someone else. All he did was remove excess skin, as he did not do any of the other things he said he would do.I have been very ill since that surgery & I am working with specialists to prepare for the proper surgery. Stay away from this guy!!!
