Bay State Physical Therapy - Central Square's Online Review Report Card

My experience at Bay State was absolutely amazing! There are so many little things I can point out that make this place so wonderful. The ambient music is great, the entire place is very clean, there's a hydration station for when you need a break, etc. Having said that, it is evident from the moment you walk in that the core of Bay State is the people who work there. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very great at what they do, but more than anything, Bay State is full of positive and fun people that create such a wonderful atmosphere! I personally worked primarily with Precious and Jolene, but I am confident that you cannot go wrong by working with anyone at Bay State!

The atmosphere and people here are great! Not only was everyone super knowledgeable but I felt like they helped push me me to work harder and get better faster than I expected. Everyone that worked there was incredible, I can't recommend them enough. Shout out to Itua in particular, 11/10 physical therapist, he was really knowledgeable, made everything easy to understand, and created a great environment to work in.

Really disappointed with the billing. When I first called to make an appointment I was told that my insurance would cover the visit. Then I went on my insurance portal after the visit and saw I'm responsible for close to $170. Called the business and they told me they didn't think that was correct, and that my insurance "should cover it" and I should take up the issue with my insurance. 2 days later I get a bill for $168. The lack of transparency or accuracy was really frustrating and the high cost prevents me from continuing to receive care. I know that a lot of that has to do with my insurance, but I'm still disappointed in how this was handled.

Great place to get PT from. The therapists are caring and knowledgeable about their work. The office staff seem so kind and both front and back areas of the clinic seem cohesive.

I would highly recommend Bay State, they did a good job tailoring my plan to fit my goals. Nestor and the rest of the team was helpful and friendly.

I had a knee pain that just would not go away until I started sessions with Nestor at Bay State PT. Everyone at the clinic was friendly and helpful, and most importantly gave me exercises and treatments that led to my full recovery. Thank you Nestor and everyone at Bay State PT!

Baystate PT in Central Sq. Was outstanding in every way. Great service, easy access near the T, great follow-up & scheduling. Affordable w/insurance. Nestor Canenguez-Soto was a superb Physical therapist with thorough knowledge, experience & gifted & talented hands. I would recommend him highly. The support staff & interns were all capable & friendly. A great place to be for physical therapy.

Bay State PT is absolutely amazing. Jolene, Precious, and the rest of the team are a pleasure to work with. They helped gain the strength to run again after an intense knee surgery. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I cannot thank the wonderful staff at bay State enough. I began physical therapy in November on crutches, and am now almost fully back to doing everything I love to do. Not only did my time here improve my physical ability immensely, but also my mental health, as the staff made my experience so inviting and fun. My last day was bittersweet, and I will be back to visit! :) I cannot recommend them enough!!
