It was a very good experience made, particularly so by the lovely woman who did my intake, and who very kindly called me when there was a cancellation allowing me to get in significantly earlier. There was an emergency while I waited, but even still, I was well attended to, and the PA who met with me was very efficient. I greatly appreciated this since I was visiting from California and therefore not native to Cambridge. But she arranged for medicine to be Filled at a local CVS and my hope is that I will soon be on my way to recovery from a horrific case of hives!

I came in for walk-in. My niece came as company … If I could report this place further than a review. I would 100%. The guy who roomed me was so insensitive/rude I actually got so upset I cried after and usually I don’t get bothered but the way he made me feel because I had covid symptoms. This was the worst experience I ever had! So ignorant and rude!

Scheduled a drug test for employment here, and upon arrival they told me "they don't do drug test today" and ask me to reschedule. I'd say go find another place to save you some time and money

Made an appointment online since I injured my thumb and got there to find out It was closed. They could text me to confirm my appointment time but could not text me to let me know they were closed. Don't bother coming here

The person at the front desk was an absolute gem of a human. She was so kind and caring for each patient. The team inside the clinic was really wonderful too- they were extremely busy and still had extremely kind and patient bedside manner. This was by far the best experience I have had at an urgent care!
