Carewell Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

So slow. All I wanted was to get a covid test and it took 2 hours. Staff asked me irrelevant questions and I don t think anyone there was qualified to actually work.

Closed! No signage. Accepted appointment though! Closed permanently but hours say opens at 8:00 am.

THUYMI TO, NP and the staff needs better patient interaction training - I had came in for what I thought was covid or pneumonia. I complained of chest pains, and yet no one in this facility listened to my lungs, checked my blood pressure, or ran any other tests outside of a covid swab. The aforementioned NP met with me for 30 seconds to give me a low effort diagnosis and that was it. The level of care and concern was nonexistent. I felt like I was being treated by Zombies - unfeeling.This needs to end. Women of color deserve adequate care and shouldn t feel like people are afraid to touch them or properly treat them.

Unable to access their portal to get the results and health records. Their portal only works if you have a US phone number.I explained that I was not satisfied and they hung up without any reason.I cannot give any review regarding the health quality but the customer service is quite bad!

If your employer schedules a pre-employment drug test here, ask for a different location. This place is overworked and understaffed. I came here for my drug test 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Walking in I was hurriedly ushered outside to "wait in line" all the while trying to explain I had an appointment scheduled. They finally came out and allowed me inside 8 minutes past the time listed on my test schedule document and proceeded to tell me that since it's after the time specified, that I need to call my employer to schedule a new appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The staff are just awful. Waited so long. Awful treatment. They ask personal information about you. The treating physicians gets upset and unprofessional when you decline to answer. They re COVID tests are also not reliable. They make data up. They treat you different based on your ethnicity. Everything about the place is is just off. Stay away.

I've been to the Northboro location twice. First time was totally fine, no complaints. Second time was today. Had to fill out the registration information in my car, finished it and said I had to re submit my drivers license. instead of taking me to the specific page it took me all the way back to the beginning! Waited about 20 minutes before I was called in. Waited about another 20 minutes before I saw a provider. needless to say did not feel heard at all, barely examined me. 30 seconds at most was time seen. ordered x rays, did them then had to do them again because my bra needed to be taken off but didn't tell me that until after (shoulder x ray). x rays of course normal, told by provider it's "probably" the way I slept. told me to call my PCP in the AM. Total time almost 2 hours had a second opinion at an urgent care I used to go to when I lived in Framingham. provider sat and talked to me, asked me a lot of questions and was in and out in less than half an hour. sadly will not be returning to Northboro even though it's closer to me

I had a great experience at CareWell Urgent Care at Inmans Sq dispite testing positive for COVID. The receptionist was very nice and we watched Temptation together in the lobby. The nurse checking my vitals was also super cool and nice as well as the doctor who gave me the news. Overall would recommend getting your test positive at this place!

Made an appointment here for an X-ray for a hand injury (still undiagnosed thanks to carewell) but was send away upon arriving for my appointment because they did not have an X-ray technician in. Charged me for copay despite not providing any medical help, and have not refunded me yet. Desk worker was eating/not wearing a mask.

Fast, easy, professional...very comfortable and was in and out in under an hour.
