Central Square Dental's Online Review Report Card

Dentist did not see me for cleaning and x-rays. They told me to schedule a follow-up appointment due to the dentist’s absence. I did so even though I had a busy schedule and told them that, but they said I can change it anytime. On day of appointment, won’t let me reschedule and wanted to charge me a fee, which they never told me is their policy. The only reason I had the follow-up was because dentist didn’t show up to my initial visit and now I have to pay a fee. Will not return.

I did have to wait 15 minutes past my scheduled visit time- unusual here. Once I was seen the hygienist was vey thorough and remembered things we had discussed at last visit. Once she was done there was a brief wait to see the dentist.

They are great I highly recommend!!!

Caroline, the receptionist, and Sumaya, the dental hygenist, were very lovely. I wish I could leave a separate rating for them. However, my experience with the dentist, Dr. Guare (I'm not sure if that's how her name is spelled), is the reason why I will not be returning to Central Square Dental. She gave very limited explanation as to why I needed to come in every 2 weeks for dental work and made a statement saying "I am looking at these X-rays all the time, but it's probably hard for you to see the issue". I am a recent graduate with a healthcare degree and this is NOT the type of patient care/interaction we're taught in school. I was and still am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this office.

Not a great experience. Called for a dental cleaning appointment, came in, filled out all paperwork sat down and was then informed that before doing the dental cleaning they had to do full xrays and examine my teeth for a full total of $382. I asked to talk to the dentist and tried to only get the dental cleaning done - she wouldnt and said it had to be everything - so i left with nothing done and looked for a different dentist.

I went into the office, expecting to have two crowns, but Dr. Gregorian discovered that that was not realistic. My teeth had broken in such a way that a nerve was exposed. She said that I really needed implants and that she didn’t want to waste my money by trying crowns. I very much appreciate her frankness and candor. Another dentist might have pushed it through to get the money. But Dr. Gregorian was very thorough in assessing the situation and I appreciate her honesty and her professionalism. Martha, the dental hygienist and Shawna the office manager were helpful and courteous as always.

I normally hate the dentist, however Dr.Atinder and staff(especially Jen) make it a comfortable experience and treat each patient with kindness and go out of their way to make them feel comfortable. I love how they are patient, personable, and most of all check in with you as they are completing procedures. I have needed these root canals for over two years in which NO DENTIST has completed in a decent manner of time. They got me in, did the consult and bam! Not even two weeks late I have a root canal done and even a crown on the tooth next to it. I couldn’t be anymore happier. Oh and Dr.Atinder technique to giving the shots to numb your mouth actually works for the pain so you hardly feel it.

I went for a cleaning today at Central Square Dental, as well as the usual X-rays. I had a dentist, Dr. Facella, who’s been filling in at the office on Mondays. He was the loveliest, kindest, most thorough dentist I’ve ever had! I only wish he hadn’t retired! What a gem! I’ve always thought very highly of the dentists, hygienists and receptionists at this dental office.

Everyone at Central Square Dental is so friendly and helpful. I had the gentlest cleaning ever. I highly recommend Central Square Dental.
