I would absolutely recommend ! He patiently listens to you. He cares a lot about his patients. I had a wonderful experience having a reverse should replacement done by him, and have had no problems at all. I am going back to him soon for evaluation of my other shoulder.

I met with Dr. Shah and ending up having a subacromial decompression surgery performed over 9 months ago. I was told it would take a couple months to get back to normal prior to the surgery. I had a lot of pain post-surgery, and at that time was told bone takes 16 weeks to heal. I have a gastric issue with NSAIDs which I told him and his PA, but he prescribed them anyway. I took the NSAIDs, along with a PPI he prescribed, since I was in a lot of pain and within 3 days I developed severe gastric reflux which took 4 months to get under control. After that, Dr. Shah (and his PA) performed two post-surgery cortisone shots which helped briefly, but wore off. It's been over 9 months and I'm in more pain than I was before the surgery and can't sleep through the night. I've done all the PT (and continue to), but have had to severely limit what I can do with my left arm. I would never advise anyone to have this procedure - my quality of life declined significantly.

Dr Shah was very attentive to my concerns and injuries. He was willing to spend the time needed to understand my situation. He gave clear and concise options that were available. I felt at ease and that he was interested in my case.

Explains things well Difficult procedure with amazing results

When I first met Dr. Shah I had been through 5 years of misery caused by incompetent doctors. Dr.Shah spoke to me with compassion and explained things in a way that I could understand, he preformed my second reverse shoulder replacement and for the first time in 5 years I was pain free and had more motion in my shoulder than I have had in 7 years. Dr. Shah is my savior ?? ??

He is EXCELLENT takes his time caring EXPLAINS diagnosis very well an clear Always answers my questions so I can understand. I’ve had three different surgeries all shoulder related last one was a total shoulder reversal replacement. It’s coming along great. I would highly RECOMMEND DR. SHAH. The staff is great. Always return my phone calls a pleasant if they don’t have an answer for your questions they will find someone who does. The office doesn’t leave you hanging. I’ve got nothing but respect for DR. SHAH!!!

Doctor Shah and his staff are all amazing. I was very impressed on my very first visit with Dr. Shah. The enthusiasm & passion he displayed along with professionalism, knowledge was like something I’ve never experienced before. I had the best surgeon ever, but he retired. I am so thankful I got the opportunity to have met Dr. Shah. Dr Shah performed a new procedure on my shoulder. It is called a lower trapezia tendon transfer. He is one of only about 20 doctors in the country who perform this procedure. Dr. Shah sat down and explained my options and this procedure to me. He displayed such pride, confidence & enthusiasm as he described the procedure in depth. At the end of our conversation, there was no doubt on what I wanted to do. The surgery was very successful. I am still in physical therapy but now able to use my arm with increased range of motion. Dr. Shah’s staff & PA are all as amazing as he is. I can’t thank them all enough for one of the most positive experiences in my life.

I liked Dr. Shah very much. He recommended a treatment of physical therapy and medication for my knee pain after examining my knee. He took his time answering all my questions and was polite, pleasant and professional.
