Went in for an acute hamstring injury got told to follow up on yearly exam stuff which is fine did that. Send to PT for hamstring took 7 weeks of calling to get referral paperwork because the first place could not accommodate appointments. Two more weeks of calling to follow up PT report. Finally able to get appointment with orthopedic who promptly told me beyond 6 weeks is no longer a surgical candidate. Don't even seeing no diagnostics. Referrals from this office are terrible. 3 days later you get calls from a restricted number who you can't call back and when you call the office they tell you have to wait until they call you back. Information flow in this office is terrible
Worst doctor I have ever come across …let’s just put it this way she LIED in my medical records AND she lifted up my Johnny in my first in person visit and told me a former anorexic I needed to lose weight ..I was there for anxiety not obesity I even lost weight and she tried insinuating if I lose weight I wouldn’t have anxiety yet I’ve had anxiety my whole life (which she tried to invalidate) I DONT have a history of obesity I use to weight 100/110/120/130 I had 3 kids and have birth control in …I don’t weigh 170 180 190 or 200 lbs I’m so embarrassed, humiliated , honestly I think she ruined my wanting to go to the doctors ever again .I’m traumatized!!!!!
I spent the last year taking my mother to the doctor. We see in her at least once a month because of continuous weight loss lower abdominal pain. And then will they also had some heartburn associated with whatever was going on. She kept avoiding having tests done kept pushing it off to the next visit. Continuously prescribed her heartburn medication. My mother was the kindest most loving his person you could ever meet she used to bring cannolis into the office because she loves to cook. He would think this doctor would at least try to help. But almost 8 months we don’t was being pushed aside and ignored. She finally had a visit with her heart doctor. We told him my concerns with her primary care he ordered a CAT scan and a full blood work up. Within two hours he called me and told me he needed to see mom right away! Within the week we found out she had pancreatic cancer. But was already feeling the symptoms and after 20 pounds of weight loss! We could’ve had a year jump on this and she would’ve done what she should’ve done as a physician. Which is order the same thing that the heart doctor ordered. I even suggested having a ultrasound done and she pushed that aside also. Then we find out she’s left the practice and she’s nowhere to be found.I hope this consequences! My mother has eight wonderful kids that adore her and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She’s never been sick in her life and she’s always been in good health you would think as a primary doctor bills would be going off. They did for me as her daughter and I was not listen to! We are devastated! And she will be held accountable! God help her if she’s left the country to practice somewhere else
I took a sleep study back in September and Dr. Shah ordered a sleep mask in October. Needless to say, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE MASK!! the company they use for it sucks! I have mentioned that I havent received it, multiple times and the doctors office just tells me to call the sleep mask company. Are you kidding me?! They don't care about what happens next. Just want to order a bunch of tests and that's it. I'm looking into seeing a new PCP because I really can't risk my sleeping disorder anymore.
This office is a hot mess! Dr Shah is terrible she does not listen and doesn’t seem to care why your there. She keeps ordering the same test for no reason. Don’t ever trust her with you health
I saw Dr. Shah for 5 years prior to moving out of state and my son has seen her since he was 3 days old. She was always caring and understanding. She always took time to listen to my concerns and explained everything very well.
Dr. Shah is amazing, caring and knowledgeable.
Horrible experience— everything I’ve read from the other negative reviews sounds right. Unprofessional, uncaring and arrogant. Staff is rude as well. Stay away!
Dr Shah completely discounts whatever she's told. She seems to feel she's the only accomplished dr in the world. My first appointment with her, I told her I'm type 1 diabetic. She looked at me and said "No you're not, you're type 2." I explained that I'm not, I'm under the care of a truly world class endo and Dr Shah said, "Well I know you're type 2, I'd never listen to another dr tell me differently". Then she did unnecessary testing and found I'm type 1. She's horrible!
PATIENTS BEWARE. My experience was atrocious! I 1st met with her for a pre-physical & she spent the whole time typing. The later physical began with staff insisting rudely that I did not complete bloodwork which they later found out was misfiled. I spent the whole appointment repeating myself because she was either a) not listening, or b) was forgetting what I said. She focused on obscure concerns, spoke in circles, and contradicted herself; essentially, she sounded completely incompetent!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
