I highly recommend Dr Hoang. I had a very complicated pregnancy, and she and her wonderful team at Charlton-Ma have always acted with excellence, compassion. She is an excellent professional and I have no words to describe how grateful I am to her.

This is the email I sent to Dr Hoang…The reason I sought out another doctor is because the first time (only time) I saw you in person, you came into the exam room and asked how I was doing. I literally said to you “I’m terrified that my blood pressure was so high.” You looked up from your clip board and said “that’s not a symptom of menopause” looked back down at your clip board and said “follow up with your primary”. That was the end of it for you. I do not want to work with a doctor hat clearly does not care about me! You should have retaken my blood pressure at the very least. The office staff (Michelle and Becky I believe) were wonderful and much kinder and more compassionate She responded the same way she responded to being an hour late for that visit, no acknowledgement at all!

I saw this doctor for localized uterine pain. I was not happy with the visits I had with her because I felt like she wasn’t listening to anything I had to say. I went in saying my pain was 8/10 and anyone who knows me, and many people in the office do, as I’ve been going there for years, knows I’m not a complainer. She gave me a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I have seen other doctors since and have a correct diagnosis of endometriosis and am on the appropriate treatments.

She was very caring and didn’t rush the appointment. The appointment went past the scheduled time but she still look time to talk to me and answer my questions. I am so glad I am her patient.
