I thought Dr Hayes was very rude! After having difficulty getting an appt I finally saw her after two Months & she basically gave me no hope at all in handling my psoriasis. Gave me a prescription that my insurance doesn’t even cover! It’s been over a year & I think I will try this office but with a different dermatologist.

This was my second MOHS surgery w Dr. Hayes. Besides the fact that she is a superb surgeon, she is also smart, super efficient, and friendly. Every question gets answered, and her post-operative advice is clear and understandable. I would recommend her to anyone going through this procedure.

I had an appointment a year ago and this whole experience hunts me till this day. I just accessed my visit summary on Patient Gateway, and I see diagnosis she never discussed with me! I rarely or never leave 1 star reviews, but I would give her -100 if I could. That is why I actually sat down after a year to type this to put it out there. As a matter of fact, I requested Dermacare to dispute my charges over her not being professional and telling me I am losing hair because my grandfather on my mother side is bald. Is this person even educated? I had horrible experience that lasted 15 min and I left office confused and without being listened to or taken care of. This is true review that I can prove with all email exchange from staff and her about my request to dispute charges. Stay away please, just find anyone else in the area who actually listens to you and cares for you. This person cares for number of patients per day and that is all she cares about. Horrible attitude, horrible approach and completely disconnected from what patient is talking about.

Dr. Hayes performed to skin cancer surgeries on me. Both experiences were outstanding! One was an invasive melanoma on my face and many people have remarked on how well it healed and how faint the scar is. She and her staff were very professional, caring, kind and friendly.

Unhelpful office staff leaves much to be desired. I left multiple voicemails over the course of 1 week with no return call. Long wait times to speak with staff. My overall impression is in 1 word: incompetence.
