Dr. Lin along with all of his staff members made my experience in his office exactly what you should expect as a patient. They were welcoming, friendly and had a calming professional manner about them. I was extremely nervous and Dr. Lin eased my anxiety and made me feel confident in his care. I would absolutely recommend him!

Dr. Lin himself was friendly and explained things well during my visit on 5/27, but after a quick exam he didn't have an answer for my incontinence and wanted to refer me to another center. At this point, I was told that the transfer to the new center would be done shortly and I'd hear back from his staff with the info within a week or so. All of this would have been fine, but... I called the office to check in after two weeks (6/10) and was told the info would be coming "soon", and then again on 7/9. In this second call, I was also told the transfer of info to the new center wasn't even started until 6/15, five days after my first call. I called again today (7/16) and still have no confirmation that I'm fully transferred to the new center yet. This time, I was given the information for the doctor I'm being referred to and was basically told to call them directly. It seems that Dr. Lin's office has no intention of following up on the service they originally promised me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lin for about 1 month and he is ALWAYS amazing to deal with. Dr. Lin listens and explains everything in detail. Dr. Lin is not just a highly skilled doctor, he is also very skilled in dealing with patients as human beings. This doctor made a very uncomfortable (and embarrassing) procedure a little less terrible by treating me with dignity and respect at every turn.

In Sept, I was diagnosed with diverticulitis, that is when I met Dr. Lin. The next 6 months everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Dr. Lin was always there for me, smiling, optimistic, coming into my hospital room everyday reassuring me that I would get through this. He stayed with me during a procedure that I would not have made it through, if it weren't for him holding my hand. I have never met such a compassionate Dr. He was a blessing & I thank him with all my heart. He is the Best!

I met Dr. Lin for the first time when I was in the hospital in July diagnosed with acute diverticulitis. He is a kind and compassionate surgeon who really cares about his patients. He listens and explains everything in detail. He continued to follow my case from that day to the time when surgery became necessary in September resulting in a colostomy. I was impressed that he visited me everyday that I was in the hospital. After waiting 5 months I was able to have the reversal done.
